Year 6 Badgeholders proudly represented our school at the Remembrance Wreath Laying Ceremony at Barr Beacon War Memorial. The event was led by the Mercian and Staffordshire Volunteer Regimental Associations and supported by the Barr Beacon Trust. The children had a memorable experience, learning about the importance of remembrance and the significance of honouring our fallen soldiers.

Throughout Black History Month, children across the school have been learning about and exploring the incredible achievements of Black Sporting Stars. Each class researched their chosen athlete, discovering how they faced struggles, overcame challenges, and made positive contributions to the world of sport.
