Year 5 Visit to Beacon Church

Year 5 children visited Beacon Church to explore a range of Christian artefacts and learn more about the Christian faith. During the visit, they examined important objects used in worship, including the Bible, candles, the font, the altar and the cross. The children listened carefully to explanations about the meaning and purpose of each artefact and asked thoughtful questions throughout the session. They enjoyed taking part in activities around the church and deepened their understanding of Christian beliefs, traditions and places of worship. The visit provided a valuable hands-on learning experience that supported their Religious Education studies.
