Reading Ambassadors

Our Reading Ambassadors have now been chosen for each class! These children have an important role in promoting a love of reading across our school.

They will be encouraging their classmates to enjoy books by creating posters, completing book reviews and selecting books for their class reading areas and the school library. Later in the year, they will also help with special events, including World Book Day and Pyjamarama Day.

Our Year 5 Reading Ambassadors will be opening the Book Shed each lunchtime, while our Year 6 Ambassadors will be running the Book Swap fortnightly on Thursday mornings before school on the KS1 playground.

We look forward to seeing our Reading Ambassadors inspire others to discover new books and share their love of reading. Well done to everyone chosen for this important role!
