Year 4 had a fantastic time during their Micro:bits workshop delivered by EngagedU. Throughout the session, they learned how to programme a Micro:bit to perform different actions and explored the basics of coding in a fun and engaging way.
The children were introduced to creating commands and using variables, applying these skills to design their own rock, paper, scissors game. It was wonderful to see their enthusiasm as they experimented with code, tested their ideas, and solved problems together.
The workshop provided a great opportunity for the children to develop their computational thinking and creativity while gaining hands-on experience with programming.
