We had a wonderful time celebrating Hello Yellow Day in support of World Mental Health Day. The children and staff brightened up the school by wearing yellow alongside their uniforms and helping to raise money for YoungMinds, a charity supporting young people's mental health. Throughout the day, the children took part in a range of wellbeing activities suggested by our Wellbeing Champions, promoting kindness, friendship and positive mental health. As part of Mental Health Awareness Week, the children took part in a range of activities designed to promote positive mental health and well-being, including the Mile Walk and creative classroom tasks. We also supported ‘Wear It Green Day’, where staff and children added a splash of green to their uniforms to help raise awareness of mental health and encourage open, positive conversations about well-being.
