Administrator – Pheasey Park Farm Primary School


  • NJC Grade 3 (scp 4 – 6) (£23,114 - £23,893 full time equivalent / £19,612.49 - £20,273.48 Actual salary)

  • Permanent

  • 36.5 Hours per week

  • Term time

  • To start February 2024 following pre-employment checks


We are currently seeking to appoint an Administrator for our busy, thriving school office. We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced individual to join our established team.

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate the ability to undertake the following:

  • Provide excellent customer service

  • Maintain the school reception office and entrance foyer areas to a high standard ensuring that an excellent impression is always delivered

  • Deal with pupils, parents, staff and visitors coming to reception

  • Operate the schools MIS database and other computer packages – full training will be available

  • Undertake administration for the school office and school staff

  • Ability to be highly pro-active

  • Provide First Aid Support for pupils as required
