We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and effective Teaching Assistant to join our team at Pheasey Park Farm Primary School and support the teaching and learning of children across all subjects.
The successful applicant will work across the school under the direction of the Assistant Head Teacher.
Work with individuals, small groups and whole classes
Support with SEN, pupil premium and other interventions as needs dictate
Support the school’s policies and procedures
Undertake some professional development related to SEN/Behaviour/Interventions
Support the School’s drive to make continuous improvements
Provide occasional cover
Promote the inclusion and acceptance of all pupils
The ability to communicate well with children and adults is essential.
